get a box of gum. when it gets bad, you can just put 4 or 5 pieces in your mouth and it's just as much nicotine as a cig.
I just wanna wish you luck...i was a smoker and still have the occasional one or two every now and then but you just have to find somewhere inside you that u just dont need it...and just think, u have a smoke and the pleasure of smokin one cigerette lasts a max of 5 mins and its over, so why give into somethin thats only gonna last for 5 mins...5 mins later and ur just back where u started cravin another one but have given into its temptation.
