These are the softest pants ever!! I made em last night out of some fleece I got at JoAnnes on sale for $2 They are super wide leg with a drawstring waist and little plastic beads at the end of the drawstring to add extra cuteness!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am gonna list em on ebay later
i iron the fabric onto the fusible backing that people use for t shirt transfers and quilting and stuff. then i draw the stars onto the paper on the backing, then i cut em out and take the paper off so all that is left is the iron on stuff and then i iron them onto the pants and silk stitch around them if that makes any sence...................... someone who is better with words can probly explain it much more understandably than i can................
Hello. I use stitch witchery for all my appliques. I simply cut out the shape I want, then cut out the same shape in the stitch witchery and then place it on my project and iron it down. It stays put while I stitch around it.
so you guys don't roll the edges of the fabric under at all? I'm always afraid that the edges will fray out while sewing, so I've not done anything that I can't hem under.
Hello. When you put on appliques you stitch (zig zag or satin )around the edge of the fabrics, that way they don't fray.
the zig zag stitch on my sewing machine is so tight there is no fabric left unfinished to fray....................
