I find it true, any time of year. Here are the lyrics from the song that have always struck a chord with me:

    No more lives torn apart
    That wars would never start
And time would heal our hearts

And everyone would have a friend
    And right would always win
And love would never end, no
This is my grown up Christmas list

I think Amy Grant did the first version. But you know, Kelly Clarkson really does the best IMHO. She really belts it out, I think. Here, judge for yourselves:

But you know, I posted this idea more or less on a different message board. And most of the feedback I got was negative. Most people there apparently said they didn't support the idea, in a nutshell.

What do you people here think? I am really curious. :)

I really like that song and the sentiments therein... very good!

I had not heard of Kelly Clarkson before this, except in passing media mentions.. So thank you for this and that!

To be in Vienna for Xmas & New Year and to be able to attend the New Year's Day concert at the Schonbrun Palace.

quite possibly the very reason we haven't seen this, is tying it to a particular festival day of a particular religious belief?
