My friend's a tease

So I'm confused. See there was this girl who was dressed quite eroticly.(I'm not saying I was attracted to her, just couldn't think of another word).

Basically she was wearing skin tight black leggings and a black tank top. She's also very pretty and I know for a fact she has 36C breasts (we're friends).

But I also know she's a tease.

So what happened was a boy was walking in back of her and the lunch line. She thrusts her butt backward and "accidentally" rubs it on his crotch.

I've seen her do this many times but the guys reaction startled me. He gasped and even threw his head back a bit.

Now I know she's attractive but isn't that a bit overreactive to her? Or maybe he pretended?

I'm honestly curious/confused

She seemed okay with it
