my first time doing coke yesterday

Coke is easier to get and i do it more often. Its one of my favorites but X is really good when its available. Id just rather have blow as my username

^^^^how do you not have problems finding blow but have them finding x, opposite for me and it pisses me off.

i think x is waaay better then coke, lasts longer.

 

coke is a nice drug, its classy.. comedown is way cleaner than on mdma... no grinding jaws, no sweats, no headache, no upset stomache... its nice and smooth, the only bad thing is that i feel rather disapointed, like if ordinary life bored me. i like the high although it took me a few 8balls to figure out what exactly it is that i like about it. its exciting, its fresh, its social, it makes you smarter... just kidding. i dont do it anymore, after i realised that making 1200 a month spending 500 on coke makes me ridiculously poor and i cant afford things like a car for example, or my student loan... or a new toy for my kid. and here comes the question... is it worth the money? because after all the buzz lasts... well it keeps you up well into the night but lets face it... the buzz lasts maybe half an hour and that precious powder can dissapear so quickly that before you realize it, the party is over and you just waisted another 200 bucks... unless you are a rockstar, its very hard to keep up with your wants. and it is one of the most depressing things to find out one day that you've been thinking of coke for the past half hour and that you will do it again this weekend...

 

Why do people say it only lasts for a half an hour? It lasts hours on me. Probably because Im younger though.

 

i cant see age having anything to do with it. the only reason i could think of is that perhaps your body just metabolizes it particularly slowly.

 

People are very mislead about drug addictions.. Because a drug is highly addictive does not mean the first time you do it you will be hooked. Maybe, but that rarely happens. But that doesn't mean since it wasn't addictive the first few times, that you are immune to snorting coke, and it will not get you hooked. Addictions do not really work like that all the time.

You can be addicted and not know it, you can find yourself doing things (like selling stuff), for the extra money. You may be lying to yourself to rid of any guilt from over use or too much use. You may find yourself coughing up more money for coke than you would for other drugs. Dropping $80 on the 8 ball instead of $20 for a bag of pot. Things like that.

You may notice that you do it more frequently, or have an urge to do it more frequently. Not a craving that will wreck your every moment, but an urge. When it comes to the point where you feel the need to do it more than you initially made it out to be, than you probably addicted in some form. Once you hit the point where the high isn't so great, you're doing it at least 4 out of 7 days in a week, your eyebrows look painted on and your hair is thinning, I think you may just be addicted.

But ofcourse that's only an example of a slow coming addiction. Lots of if's and or's. But I hate how people think they can't get addicted because the first time wasn't.

VERY STUPID LOGIC. It will get you fucked one day. And to think you're only 14 messing with future burners like coke. I'd at least wait until you fully understand having responsibilities before you start messing with drugs of that magnitude. Moderation is key, but how many people actually resort to moderation over a few months time? The fact that you may be spending any money at all on coke is something to worry about. And what 14 year old is going to worry about moderation when they think the addiction isn't effecting their psyche. Classic

 

you are not addicted to coke because you have only done it once and once isn't enough. trust me, coke is the fucking devil waiting for you to slip up and once you do, you'll understand.

 

Ok i'm gonna call bullshit on that one. Your saying 3/4 people get addicted the second time they try coke? I know countless people that have done it more then twice and not been addicted. I'm not saying you can't get addicted that fast, but the statistics definitally are not that high.

 

i had to make myself a promise that i would never buy coke again. i just loved it way too much, and the comedown was one of the worst feelings i've ever had with a drug. i've only done it 4 times, and i must say the comedown and the cravings really just aren't worth it. i dont think i'd even do it if someone offered me a free line, because then i'd go out and buy my own bag, and a cycle of addiction would quickly start. i'm sure some people can control it, but most people can't. its just not worth the risk, in my opinion.

 

havnt really tried coke very much, but its been pretty good to me. Instills confidence and feeling of well being. I havnt done enough to get such a euphoria as many users get, but im getting some mid-week. The fact is, its really not readily available for me, so I'm not to worried about addiction. Just another thing to make me feel nice.

coke is so one sided and wack...ive snorted my weights worth of coke...literally thousands of dollars. Ive spent 30 dollars on two beans and was floored so hard i didnt know my name.

I know everyone has their preferances as far as drugs go...but anyone who says "coke makes E look like a flaming pile of shit" seems ignorant to the ways of substances

 

I don't Myke I would pick good coke over good E any day of the week. Coke is such a better high in my opinion, But I know some who say the same about E when compared to coke. To each there own I guess.

 

Coke isn't much of a fun drug. No matter how much you do, you always want more.

Seems kinda pointless for me.

It is fun once in a while though... and by once in a while I mean a couple of times a year, at most. I myself haven't done it in ages.

...and no, you will not get addicted to it after one time, or ten times, or even possibly a hundred times.

i agree with you in the sense that certain drugs fit certain people for different reasons...but i have done soo much coke...GOOD coke. I dont understand how people can hype coke up to being better than MDMA. Coke gets you high for 45 minutes tops, you feen for it like a mother fucker, the high is MUCH more mild than MDMA, enlightenment through cocaine is non-existent, coke produces no effects visually, coke ALWAYS leaves me anxious. Ive learned alot through my abuse with MDMA, and even though i regret my over the top dosing, i would only take back a few nights of excess. Coke left me broke and depressed and made me feel like the junky of all junky's...The lengths i have gone to, just for one more crack rip or one more line is absolutely unforgivable. Coke makes me very angry and aggressive...all for a tickle-my-sack/45 minute long/never can get as high as I want too/type of feeling. Ill take MDMA any day...


sorry dude, i dont mean to sound elitist. Ive watched my friends turn into ravenous shells of their former selves at the hands of crack/cocaine. I have a natural beef with the drug as a whole. I like coke, the high is def. plesurable...shit i did some two nights ago. But whenever i do it i ALWAYS regret it as soon as I'm down. It's never reacted well with my body, yet i did it anyways because, as we all know, it's engrained into the human genome to be addicted to coke. I just dont think it even comes close to the mind blowing blissful empathy of MDMA. I've always prefered psychedelics to fiend drugs, that could be why my stance is so strong.


LSD transcends them both...IMO :-D

 

i did it once for the first time and it didnt work then i did it like a month later and it was soooo amazing i loved it and then i did it like everyday for 8 days and was doing it all by myself cuz i had gotten mad at my freands that did coke cuz they were assholes and my other freands that were good people didnt know i did it soo id just be like im energetic and id go in the bathroom and do a line and it was amazing....i liked too do a line and then shower for some reason that felt realy good. i never liked smoking weed alone very much and very rarely did it but coke was just sooo fun alone. i dont know if i was addicted cuz on the 9th day i just got fucking obliverated. i mixed alcohol, weed sprinkled in the little coke i had left and a x pill and everything was sparkling and shimmering and i could barely talk it was an out of this body experience. my whole face was numb and my body was numb and it was astonishing...one of the most amazing experiences ever. i think that it might have fucked up my brain soo much that i just tottaly forgot about the coke and didnt have any withdrawls. phycedelic drugs could be a solution too stopping addictions maybe??

 

wow, coke is bad, it's so addictive. I noticed this a week ago hen after we were done my friend said he wanted more so he cut his straw open and started licking it....It made me think, and now im never doing that shit again.

My friends are all hooked now. You guys were right, luckily I actually listened to the people here that said to be careful.

I just tried coke for the 3rd time... I was pissed. coke is ass, ur not even high.. I coulda kicked my self in the head for buying that gram in stead of an oxy

 

I've been doing coke for a year now,and i'm still trying to find out What's so special about it. I get no high,keeps me awake all night,my nose runs all the time,makes my penis shrink to half It's normal size...There's nothing good about it at all...i hope i'm not addicted...at least i don't have to pay for any of it though...i regret that first line i ever had...
