I prefer the mac & cheese packs that come with white cheddar, so yummy.... so I make the pasta and add in the cheese with a bit of olive oil instead of butter + a bit of milk, and I crush in a clove of garlic and a good amount of black pepper, a few leaves of fresh basil all chopped up into it and give it a good mix, let it sit for about 5 minutes so it all steeps together and then I eat it.... oh so good...
