Yea but.. they were not just pissed.. I was in shock at first, really scared, cause I never had an accident, and they just yelled at me, while I was almost fainting.. then I came back to my senses and started listening to her and just acted blase yea I rolled my eyes cause she was exaggerating, but when she turned xenophobic, the spitting, and the pushing (I did strike first, okay, and why not punch her, but use a tool, I don't know, I didn't think, I guess I was just annoyed and that cell was in the corner of my eye and, yea) that just affected me. It had nothing to do with the accident, she was just being a ****. A middle-aged woman, in front of a kid! Seriously! My dad then convinced the cop I just paniqued cause I couldn't see a thing for a minute and lost control of the brake.. innocent mistake.. and I was driving like 10 miles an/hour. The destroyed car was the one that was hit by the people I hit - they should have settled their shit together. The people directly involved didn't give me shit - they understood, asked me if I was okay, etc. the others were idiots.. and xenophobic, yes. What does this have to do with a car crash? Or anything.. So I lost control for a min, but she comes pressing charges against me a year later.. she has nothing better to do with her life? The case was closed, and now she strikes back.. for this shit.. I didn't even hit her hard.. it's so dumb!

 

And I have nothing against Spaniards only the ones who have something against anyone who isn't a Spaniard. It's not racism cause we're all white but xenophobism is even more pathetic.

one thing I don't get is why you call yourself a kid. or why your dad says you're too young to go go to court. you're almost 24 for chrissake. I've had to go to court for more serious shit than that and I'm younger than you.

I just think it's wrong. You should have pressed charges and have her sent to an asylum were she belongs.

 

Say I'm in the U.S. It will work. My dad talked to his lawer and he said what's most likely to happen is that they'll drop the case cause the judge could contact the U.S court and have it settled there but that would in all seriousness take about 10 years. They'll just drop the charges, and it will be really embarassing for them.

i have to go to court next monday for not having proper proof of insurance. at least the cop was very nice. my daughter, the two year old, kept calling him papaw. EXCELLENT. she even cried when he walked away and made him feel bad.
