I always punch the walls in my house because I think it's better to punch walls than people too...

Problem is that my house is over 100 years old and the walls are still plaster and lath or whatever... Studs are 12"OC instead of 16"OC or whatever the new standards are.

The plaster is a bitch. It shatters and shards stab in between your knuckles and shit... I had my hand heal for a week then found a slice of paint and plaster in my knuckle and pulled it out with some pliers... about half a centimetre deep.

I need to set up my heavy-bag again.

Yeah that sucks. I always just put a plastic bag over it with a rubberband to keep it tight, so it's not too hard.
