My boyfriend wants to have oral sex in a public bathroom

I'm a beginner in having oral sex, I have only done it once and that was risky, too risky. Now My boyfriend and I have absolutely no where for us to be alone because the place he lives is far and I'm not familiar with it and also my mom would never let me go that far to him, so he visits me in my area but I cant find anywhere for us to hit it off. The only place is a public bathroom in a pastry restaurant but I'm nervous about this. What if someone comes in and hears us in one of the bathroom stalls? I agree with the hygiene issue in public toilets unless you know they're cleaned regularly like at an airport. I would also try indoor swimming pool shower room.
