That sucks man, sorry to hear. My dog died on April 4th last year. I still don't want another dog. My parents asked me if I wanted to go with them to get a new dog and I just said "why? It's not going to be mine". They still want a dog. If they get one it will piss me off on a whole new level of being pissed off. I won't harm it, but I won't talk to it or pet it.
Yeah, there's nothing like the unconditional love of a dog.My son put his 18 year old dog down a couple months ago.I miss her too.I'm sorry moon.
Yeah, I know the feeling. I had my dog from when I was 12. She got 14 years old, of course that leaves some space. Died three years ago, so at this point I'd like to get another doggie again soon. After a couple of years it's not only the absence of my former dog that's missing, but also just a dog in general. They're just cool to have around
thats so sad. i have two dogs and i know i will be feeling just like you when they die. at least he was old and had a good life. the only consolation you can take from it i guess. either way i'm sorry. they are such good company.
Hi Moon Unit........I Am Truly Sorry To Read Of The Loss Of Your Beloved Pet... Here Is A Site That May Be Of Interest To You.. It Is A Pet Loss Grief Support Website....www.petloss.com Hope It Helps In Some Small Way.. Cheers Glen.
Im so sorry about your dog. I will have to put my precious powder down in the hopefully not so near future. He is only 10, but he has breathing problems. if it gets really bad, I will have to. I dont want to, but it will be for the best. My vet will let me do it at home, so he can be surrounded by us and in comfort. We will bury him in the yard, and plant a sweetheart rosebush to mark his grave. He will make the roses be just as sweet as he is in life. Im gonna go cry and miss my kids.
