This is part of China’s re-education to erase the belief system of the detainees. Apparently the Chinese government is doing this to fight Islamic extremism and separatism.

For some reason it only comes out when someone throws a pig’s head at a mosque, or when a Muslim girl says her hijab gets pulled.

Working in an hospital, in Canada, anything is acceptable. I had taken on patients at home and landed in a Muslim family. I couldn't take the patient to get his treatments before they did prayers, to the bathroom, etc...ad infinitum... They had a minimum of 5 prayers a day (that is basic but, they pray around 30 to 50 times a day). They had a prayer to thank god when they did a shit - and I am not kidding because I took the patient to the can. It got so silly that I quit.
Some 8-9 years ago the prime-minister (I think of Irak) went to France. He visited the Louvre but, the statues of naked bodies had to be covered. Later on, he had supper with the pm of France but, there was wine (alcool is a no-no for Muslims). He would not have some and...the it wasn't allowed to be on the table at all or anyone else to have some. France's pm left the table and sent him back to his country.
Yes...let's be open...although...muslims will only marry muslims - they want their cult to keep growing so, if you ever fall in love with a muslim...you must change your religion.
I would be typing a book if I went on to write all the rules...
But...
Conclusion: we can live in peace with them but we will never be friends and I don't wish anyone to be - if you go to their countries and you don't respect ramadan, they will kill you. Women must wear the veil or they might be beaten and ect...to many other fun rules!

I dislike Donald Trump and any real achievement that he accomplishes is tarnished by his arrogance and so many of his other flaws.
Even if he was never born, my opinion about muslims would be the same. I am in a big city and there are many black people, and italian too and - guess what? I'm ok with them. My problem with muslims is not because I'm racist...it's because...THEY are racist.

 

Every Muslim I’ve met personally likes beer and liquor. So there’s some truth to that.

The issue I’m having with this is that this is a government sponsored re-education camp where people are imprisioned being subject to this against their own wills.

I won’t be surprised if the Chinese government faces a lot of blowback in the name of Islam for this.

Seems to me you have a biases of what you want to be true. So you seek out data that proves that. Have you been to an Islamic country or do you know Muslims?

It's true that in in some Islamic countries they are more conservative and expect certain things of you in their culture. But that is a very western thing as well. it's why Trump won. You respect our way or no way. And in general people who are clearly no Muslims are not expected to the same things as long as they do not bother Muslims.

Most Muslims don't even care if you are not one they respect you. You will believe what you want but you need to understand the difference between general health care work and a a real problem. My mother worked in the ER as a nurse. All types of people have bullshit and the average American Christian often has the same attitude of the thanking god and not doctors.

I can't help but feel like these people are pretty lucky to be getting booze in jail. As for China, I agree, why should they give a flying fook about anyone who doesn't enter the country planning to become Chinese?

 

Yes, I do know what I'm talking about and if you reread me slowly, you find that I have mentionned that I worked for a muslim family and that this is how I found all of that. I have also read a little about them and it confirmed all I said. There is much more too. As long as you don't murder, hurt children, etc...I don't care what you do...as long as I don't have to do it too.
