Are these psilocybe mushrooms? I find these regularly under a mature Japanese maple tree in my mother's flowerbeds which are covered in red mulch. I have heard that Psilocybe cyanescens grows in commercial mulch, but I would like an ID to be sure. Thank you! by the way, all of the mushrooms collected bruise to a very dark green/blue/black with very delicate handling. I believe this to be Psilocybe cyanescens also because of the assumed potentness by easy bruising.
your pics aren't working, but chances are, if you aren't on the west coast of the U.S. it's not the good kind. I'm no expert though...
throw them out. if you dont know what your picking you shouldnt be picking them. !poison is not fun!. and the thought that it !might be poison! is worse when tripping.
