yeah its sad, but i dont think it will ever be stopped. its not even like you can catch symptoms of it early or whatever. it probably a random urge that they get when they see the opportunity. many probably dont even know they have those feelings until they are presented with the opportunity. there doesnt seem to any rhyme or reason either, like its just a random thing some sick-o's do.
