I have in the past taken a long break from the forums and it was probably a good thing for me to do. I was at the point of just needing to. If you decide on a break, I hope you do not stay away too long Odon.
What about a thread about two gay dudes going out to the shooting range and then brushing their teeth?
If I find a site fun I don't move on very soon. I have one other that is local to my town and have met many in person, even ended up doing business with a few and this one where I may never meet anyone but its got some really cool people on it and it's a free speech kind of place. On my local one we have a private club section for free speech and that makes it a cool hangout, we tend to keep the whiners out and the conspiracy ones as well. I have been on it for years.
Do people really make plans to move on from an internet forum? If I'm not interested I just don't think to log in...
What? You mean you don't carefully plan your absence and then make a public announcement about it so everyone can prepare themselves for this huge event?
I want you to stay! You are funny, sexy, smart, hot, entertaining and awesome. This place would not be the same without you.
Save that for my going away thread next time I need an ego boost. p.s. All in good fun, Odon. We all love you.
I love it, love the looks on the guy's face when he is running. Hope he got away. I watch it sometimes when it comes up.
I do still find it quite funny when people purposely miss the point or genuinely miss the point. I didn't say I WAS moving on, and I wasn't trying to garner any 'please stay' comments (I'm not that type of person.) I said I was maybe moving on, and that was only said when pressed. I just wanted to see what peoples thoughts were of the forum and their time on it at the moment - leaning more towards peoples time on it at the moment. I do think it's more me than the forum, tbh. I agree that nobody really departs for good (unless they have no choice in the matter)
