"MAD COWGIRL!!!" just got that dvd in the snail-mail, from netflix yesterday, and saw it last night. i'm not sure what i saw, but i sure did like it! best mind-fucker i've seen in quite awhile!
Requim for a dream fucked with me bad. I had to watch a happy movie after watching it. Also idenity fucked with me to.
someone sent me one vile short movie to my inbox. it's entitled "2girls 1cup." it has these 2 girls who shit into a cup, and then they eat their shit, next they vomit into each others' mouths. jesuse h. christ... there are some really, really, really, nasty people out there in the world!
Mirrormask is a strange movie. I love all the work of Neil Gaiman and the Jim Henson Company. This is their strangest by far and it is a surrealists dream.
i got a movie in my snail mail a few weeks back entitled "visions of suffering" directed by andrey iskanov. i don't know how to discribe it. iskanov made this movie for about $1,200.00 (u.s.a. funds.) i've seen alot of low budget movies but, i've never seen anyone pull off something like this with so little cash! this guy knows his shit all the way around in the arts. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS MOVIE HIGHLY EOUGHT; I EVEN BOUGHT THE DVD!
There's a clip on Youtube which is said to be a scene from Visions of Suffering. It has a guy with blood coming out of his eyes and mouth. Weird and I thought it was fucked up.
Eternal Sunshine and Me & You and Everyone We Know were good movies, I woulden't say they freaked me out or anything... I actualy thought Eternal Sunshine was a bit lame.
Watch Neon Genesis Evangelion (animated series) and the movie End of Evangelion for existentialist/philosophical/super conscious mind fucking. Hideaki Anno is a genius.
damn, as i read through each thread, every movie i could think of was plucked from my field of daisy-like ideas. but, i remembered shawshank redemption is emotionally touching. and pemanent depicts some graphic/real scenes.
i dont know if any body said this but jacobs ladder. gives ya a giant god dam head fuck. its a pretty cool movie though its tim robbins in it and jason alexander is in it befor seinfeld fame. a beautiful mind can fuck with ya too if u dont follow it closely.
Mulholland Drive is very unnerving. I've watched it several times and just thinking about it makes me uncomfortable.
I believe so. I only saw it once in a theater when it was released here. I don't remember it being in French. I just remember the brutal rape and skull crushing.
i watched that once. i was drunk as hell. the camera angles kept confusing me. i thought i was seriously seeing things upside down and backwards. and of course my friends were no help, they just kept telling me i was crazy, that they didn't see anything weird like that. sneaky bastards.
i'm not gunna lie, the first time i saw butterfly effect I was pretty young and thought it was pretty intense other than that, eternal sunshine of the spotless mind was a cool concept, it made me want to erase people from my mind click made me feel like i take too much shit for granted every day
Gummo. Has that been stated? Anyway, it was a really phuckin' messed up movie. I like watched the whole thing without blinking then vomited.
