I've been meaning to read that for a while. The BBC did a play of the month on it in 1976 which I want to watch too.
I think I'm the only person in the world who didn't like "Requiem for a Dream." It kinda felt to me like an after-school special about how drugs are bad.
Am I the only one who wasn't moved and brought to tears by that flick? Sure it was good but come on..
There's the song A picture of Dorian gray though. And then there's a cover by the Futureheads. I heard that before I heard of the play. I got my picture taken with him too, at Madame Tussauds in London. Oh yeah and my old maths teacher used to say stuff like "In the words of Oscar Wilde, 'Shut Up'." I never got the joke till he explained it.
*sigh* Americans.. You jinx, touch wood and whoever touches it first and says 'touch wood' can talk whereas the person who doesn't can't talk till someone says their full name three times. If they do talk you can hit them. Of course, this is the internet so it doesn't work.
i really enjoy eternal sunshine of the spotless mind. if you havent seen it, you should. its very good. It stars jim carrey (in a very different role than his usual) and kate winslett. with kirsten dunst https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dkMOjNWiHuA&feature=related
That looks good. A lil' less romantic and I'd be more enthusiastic but its all on youtube so I can watch it.
have you seen frailty or memento? those are two good movies you might like. i seem to like movies that go backwards. memento starts at the end and works up to the beginning. the man has memory loss, so you know as much as he does.
I love both those pics! And no one gives Frailty any props. I think it's such a cool movie and nobody's ever even heard of it. You rock ass, Ghost.
