been crawlin under the blackberries to secret magical wonderful places where nothing can get in that could hurt anything. nobody here but us rattallie snakes and mountain lions.

been? hmmm, limmi see. not half so much as a lot of you i'd guess. still, born buffalo new york.

from there to socal when i was 3, to sacto/roseville, then truckee to start kindergarten, then sactown again then colfax (california) for 11 years, growin up and goin to school. then auburn, norden, air force to missississipi then utah. got out in reno, colfax again, then reno matriculated unr, worked harrah's in between, then longyear drilling, core samples out in the nevada desert, me an the coyotes at night singin to each other under more stars then i ever seen before or since, then the railroad myself, heavy equipment apprentice, truckee, colfax, and down here to roseville rail maintenance districts, we called em subdivisions on the railroad, then got railroaded off the railroad, rode bus all over for a couple of months, ended up in seatle, bought a boat and lived on it for a while, back down this way to auburn, worked a couple of restaraunts down this way, then back up north, to bed spring acres oregon this time, then bear creek near medford while living in ashland, then eugene and from there on up to portland, yah took some classess at lane communtiy college while in eugene, left portland in 87 to come back down here to roseville where i've been more or less stuck more or less ever since. oh yah, when i was up in seattle that first time i went up north, i got to visit butchart gardens and a pub in victoria b.c. that bein the one only time i been out of the u.s.

sorry that's about it. actually am kind of sorry that's about it. lots of other places i might have liked to have seen, but then with so many things besides travellin i also like to do, there's only so many things in one life one person can get around to.

now i do my exploring on this computer mostly.

but growin up in truckee and colfax did a large part of the time goin for long day walks out in the woods by myself. myself and the little furry creatures that live there, and the rocks and the trees and all.

Oh Aura, tsk tsk. You just dont be knowin about Assateague Island, MD. Its 150 miles from here, 3 hours at most. Im asking Brian if he wants to go there next sunny weekend and you can play with all of the wild horses you could dream of. And the beach is amazing

 

I mean come on how could that make you miss any beach in the world? It's just as good I imagine, maybe the water isnt as blue and the Sun as bright but still.

 

man, I couldn't do it. horses are always such beach bullies.

 

Yea but you dont know about Aura's connection with animals. They all love her so Im sure the horses will share

He's probably in the room with Josh, because he's here. I guess I can let him play a bit with him for now, even though it is HIS cat :tongue:

 

In the US: North Carolina, California, Alabama, Colorado, Louisiana, Texas, New York, Virginia, South Carolina, Florida, Mississippi...probably a few more I am forgetting.
Outside of the US i've only been on a cruise to the Bahamas when I was like 12.
