anyways, since people are reading this, how important do you consider post count to be?

 

I'm eigth on the list...I didn't even realize I was posting that much....

I'd have to disagree with the most posts award. Like someone said before, it encourages spamming. Anybody can rack up a bunch of bullshit posts, and then they'll be handed a Hip award just because they have the more posts than anyone else.

Not that it really matters all that much, but I just thought I'd add my two cents. lol

Holy crap! Why is this thread at the top?! WTF? Its incredible how many people claim to be open minded then give a damn about the post count. This is the stupidest damn thread. So what if people dont spend all their time on the forum. Might that mean that they are busy doing other things and gaining knoledge? Jesus man let it go. We get a post count, a lame damn reputation system but cant even see whos male and female.... Post count doesnt matter...

 

your right its not all that important... but post counts arent all that bad, its bad when people post bullshit to up theirs, sure, there just wasting time. but if someone has really found a home on the hip forums, it is cool to know. it can tell you something about that person.

but its a neat idea award man, lighten up.
and not all of the high posters are spammers, mister brave sir. you sure do awful lot a critisizin.
