Actually, 'Plastic Fantastic Lover' is about a television that Marty Balin of Jefferson Airplane spent his time watching while the Airplane was making the 'Surrealistic Pillow' album.

'Here Comes the Sun' - The Beatles is a nice one... Quite bizarre that I am listening to Abbey Road now and this song was on when I first read the thread! edit: Didn't read it properly tho, I see it was already mentioned Worth another mention tho I think...
"Like A Rolling Stone" by Bob Dylan. It seems that nobody mentioned this jewel yet. It's as positive as you could probably get. Even though the lyrics are presented as mostly negative, like "After he took from you everything he could steal...", it does come across in the end what good can come from it, "When you ain't got nothin', You ain't got nothin' to lose."
Box of Rain by the Grateful Dead just puts you in the best mood. I love listening to that song in the sunshine...ahh, just makes me happy thinking about it!
