Ain't nothing like "Reach out of the Darkness" and "Crystal Blue Persuasion". These songs celebrate loving one another, partying with one another, and celebrating life.

wow i think you guys covered the best ones I want to second "breathe" by Keller Williams That song just makes me tingly with happiness to be alive Another one not mentioned (not really a hippie song) 'It's a Beautiful Day' by U2 Sometimes i blare this song in my car on my way to work and it makes me feel so elated and that feeling stays with me all day! Music rocks!
"Let It Rain" by Eric Clapton. another not very hippie, but very positive, and really great musically.
There's nothing you can do that can't be done. Nothing you can sing that can't be sung. Nothing you can say but you can learn how to play the game It's easy. There's nothing you can make that can't be made. No one you can save that can't be saved. Nothing you can do but you can learn how to be you in time It's easy. There's nothing you can know that isn't known. Nothing you can see that isn't shown. Nowhere you can be that isn't where you're meant to be. It's easy. All you need is love, all you need is love, All you need is love, love, love is all you need. Love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love. All you need is love, all you need is love, All you need is love, love, love is all you need.
The Grateful Dead - "Ripple" Cat Stevens - "Daytime," "Tea For The Tillerman," "If You Want To Sing Out, Sing Out" Yes - How could a band named "Yes" be anything but positive? Almost everything they did in the 70's, but especially "Wondrous Stories," "And You And I," "Awaken" and "Roundabout." Bob Marley - "Three Little Birds," "Sun Is Shining," "Jump Nyabinghi," Steel Pulse - "Throne Of Gold," "Shining" XTC - "Then She Appeared," "We're All Light," "Merely A Man," "Summer's Cauldron," "Season's Cycle" The Beatles - "Dear Prudence," "All You Need Is Love."
There was this one song I heard on the radio from this one hit wonder band from the 60's, called "The Sunshine Company", and the song was called "Back On The Street Again". The song was very positive lyrically and musically. If anybody has an mp3 downloader program (KaZaA, WinMX, etc.), download it. You'll like it.
"People Got To Be Free" -The Rascals "All You Need Is Love"- The Beatles "Aquarius/Let The Sunshine In"- 5th Demention
