bioavailability, you basically have to snort that shit if u got a dope tolerance...nd its a lot of powder to snort but fuck it it's worth not withdrawing....

 

Morphine has horrible ba orally and nasaly, can't remember about rectally tho. Has anyone tried MS Contin rectally, yes people do it, no it doesn't make them gay, but yes you are immature for thinking it does.

 

inntranasl bioavailability is not horrible, but it is no where near injection.

oral bioavailabilty is garbage like 10% i think

Morphine ~30% oral/rectal, insuffulated- 15-20%, Chitosan(a linear polysaccharide that helps absorb drugs better) has been shown to increase nasal bioavailability of morphine from around 10-20% to over 60%, SC-60%, protein binding 30-40%, half-life is 2-3 hours
Even though it better orally I get a better buzz off snorting them.
But then again I just got 120mgs the other day, and it didn't do shit for me

This may help I have been using opiates for over 19 years. Depending what you want to do with the pills is up to you but if you want to bang them up the wax infused throughout the pill will cause your veins to collapse, you can end up with amputated limbs and possibly death.I spent 5 days in hospital for not filtering correctly Ironically they gave me morphine and oxys for the pain (they thought I had pneumonia and I wasn't going to argue). these are the steps you should take to get the morphine out and ready for a shot.
1. Remove outer coating (it contains colouring and titanium something or other).
2. crush between 2 spoons as fine as possible.
3. add COLD water because morphine is highly water soluble while wax is not.
4. leave for at least 10minuites the longer the better. ( I leave mine in the fridge for half an hour)
5 get two 3ml syringes use cotton wool to philter the water and morph out.
6 and this is very important you need a wheel or pill filter of 0.2 microns to filter out all the wax and insolubles. you filter it into the second fit so you don't waste any. do it slowly and don't force out the residue.
7 screw on the needle and happy days.

This procedure is the safest and you must be confidant otherwise your toast. I only use this method when I am in unbearable pain and a little because it tastes great. I use 2x60 ms contin and 2x10 oxycontin.

just a note I know their are ways to filter without the wheel filters but it is very dangerous unless you know exactly what you are doing. oh and never use warm water wax melts.

I forgot to mention something very important use 3ml of water preferably 10c per pill so use a 5ml barrel if need be.
