I got the 600-calorie FIT lunch from the cafeteria. It's amazing how little food it takes to get 600 calories. So I added a chocolate chip cookie for compensation.

 

I have found it is at least one bazillion times easier to gain weight than to lose it.

 

My weight has been slowly creeping up over the past few years. I know why - it's the alcohol every evening. More exercise would help also, of course.

too hot to sit in the car...so i plugged in to get some free ac off the boat....diesal generators with power to spare...i wish my cr was electric i would plug it in every time i got on the ferry
