Wow that's so cool...I wish I was in your shoes.. The boy I am in love with is not my boyfriend YET, but he also doesn't believe in God. I decided to try it anyway, I can always break up with him and as long as I am faithfull to myself this doesn't have to be a problem I think. But still, it would be wonderfull if I could share the feeling I have when I pray or read in my Bible.

Dont panic...you dont have to be with a Christian...just don't lose your faith over a guy ( not saying u wud)...yeh as u sed stay faithfull to yourslf and God and perhaps he will see the way in time..It CAN happen.xxx

 

personaly i wouldnt be with a non chrisitna,they have a totaly different concept on life to you!
theyre life is going one way yours is going another,i dont mean to sound pesemistic but often that rips people appart,it has happend to me on many ocasions,and i found myself losing myself and the will of god for me when being with them!

one thing i can advise is to pray baout it,dont always act on your feeling,act on what god tells you,his ways are best for us,even if we may not understand why fist of all.

 

Thank you girls, you gave me something to think about. I do pray about it, I'm not afraid to lose my own faith so I think I might as well give it a try.. if it doesn't work I will know why. I too know the challenges that come with being in a committed relationship with a Christian woman. In the beginning, I dismissed our chemistry, feeling religion would not allow us to have a successful future together.
In the end, five years later, that was one factor that contributed to us parting ways.
It is possible, I believe, but very hard to make work.

 

i received the most upsetting text message from a long lost friend...they were a christian and are angry with God coz they are in a bad wau drinking and such. This guy was an inspiration to me...are there arny good verses i can send him when i give him his 10 page letter i wrote him (i hope he likes to read!)...? i have some from peter and matthew already...prayer could be cool tho to! although you looked up to him,remember that it isnt man that we follow but jessu christ,ppl make mistakes its ion our nature,theyre is a coinstant battle with the spirit and the flesh,your frined just needs to remember who he is in christ and how much god has done for him already and believe that he will overcome this through the strength of jesus,his only blaming god,because he doesnt want to take responsibility for his actions
