This year, not only can the president still indefinitely detain people without trial, but it also allows for a new NSA-style building, and allows them to spy on any person, who is "now or once was" hostile to the United States.

With broad wording like this, it should be obvious that it is the governments plan to crack down on political dissonance, by spying on individuals who disapprove of their violent methods.

The Dictator, Obama has clearly drew a line in the sand; On the one side, we have people who believe in Freedom and Human Rights, on the other, we have the Elites, the government and, violence sympathizers.

Obama's supporters don't seem to care about the Constitution (when a Democrat violates it) Instead, they're still hung up on Bushes Patriot Act, which Obama has re-enstated twice.

This is not the free country, the People founded in 1776; The elites have hijacked our government, and it's time to decide if we'd rather live free, or in this Orwellian Police state.

We've tried to bring our case to Federal Judges, most are in the pocket of big corporations, and have failed utterly to protect our Constitution.

"There is a war going on for your mind; Those who seek to occupy it, will stop at nothing. There are no sanctuaries, there are no civilians. You have two choices, surrender or enlist." ~Flobots~
