thank you-Led Zeppelin, it reminds me of my love :p
Going to California-Zeppelin, when i listen to it, i feel like i should be smoking a joint on a beach at night or something along those lines
somewhere over the rainbow/what a wonderful world-Israel Kamakawiwo Ole', no matter how crappy my day is, i can listen to this and feel better

and christmas music will always make me happy, but it has to be the older stuff. none of that new crap!

me & my bro feel the same about christmas music. we listen to it to make us feel happy. we would put christmas CD's on in the middle of july & dance round the room & my mum would go mad. but yeah it has to be propper christmas music, songs about christmas & winter time.

my most favourite song is Hay Jude, its the only song on my beatles CD that i will repete after i have just listend to it, i would happly keep pressing repete. it just remind me of the most amazing time i have had in my life so far, glastonbury 2004, saturday night off my face listning to Paul McCartney sing back to back beatles songs. including singing helta skelta live for the very first time. he ended the set with Hay Jude & the air was eletric. its the best atmosphere i have ever experienced & not artist has ever come close to his preformance. when ever i go any where now, especially glastonbury, no one can live up to Paul McCartneys preformance, not one artist has delivered the Paul McCartney moment. listning to Hay Jude takes me right back there. no matter how unhappy i am i can put on that song & be instantly taken back to that happy moment in time.

I have a severe case of ADD. With all the weed and the type of music I listen to, you would never know. I listen to a music genre that's been out for years, however never very popular until recent years. It is called "Death Rap". When I am very angry at something or somebody, I just play a song from that music genre. It calms me down. My favorite calm down songs include, but not limited to

Goretex - Momentary Lapse of Reason
Necro - Beautiful Music to Die To
Mr. Hyde - Barn of the Naked dead

Enjoy .. oh .. if you have a weak stomache and cannot handle words about death or mutilation, do not even try to listen to more than 2 lines of one of these songs, especially the Mr. Hyde one .. There is something foul in every line of that song.

May You Never - John Martyn
Heart of Gold - Neil Young
Wish You Were Here - Pink Floyd
    Lazy - Deep Purple
Harvest For The World - Isley Brothers

all get me emotional, for different reasons. I suppose melancholy is a big factor in most of them.

    The Doors - Indian Summer

    I love you the best
    Better than all the rest.
    I love you the best
    Better than all the rest.
That I meet in the summer.
    Indian summer.
That I meet in the summer.
    Indian summer.
    I love you the best
    Better than all the rest.

This song is something special to me :)

anything tool, mastodon the mars volta or high on fire would do the trick. this is the music that makes me feel alive every time I listen to it. in fact the list is way longer and is also very much dependant on my mood, but i still consider this the core four bands that I can relate to

For some reason, I dunno why, but when I really listen to One more time by Daft Punk it makes me sad, i've even cried listening to it.

Jugband Blues by Pink Floyd also gets to me.
