Lord, God Almighty Damn! My parents bickered so bad when Dad took early retirement. Mom didn't like him suddenly in her space, face, routine all the time. I don't know if couples ever adjust to that.
There are plenty of them. But they aren't the problem this thread was started for. I know plenty of seniors that don't bicker. But they are usually as busy in retirement as they were before.
Dad kept busy. He stayed out in the yard, or flipping other properties, from dawn to dusk. Poor guy. I don't know what he'd have thought if Mom had been more pleasant.
I think thats about the tenth post in a row I have seen you suggest counselling Your wife works as a therapist right? So your mortgage gets paid off by people going to counselling You see the connection?
A post in Stoned Ramblings: Ouch I just stubbed my toe on the coffee table Newbie One: Sorry to hear that, have you thought about going to counselling?
My Mom problem is that she stopped talking to me, but then again she is now resting in eternal peace. Wish she was still here, even with all the so-called problems of daily existence.
