Dried the buds too quickly. I was told I trapped the moisture in the insides of the buds while the outsides are dry. What should I do now as i continue to dry/cure this harvest?

put them in a sealed container and let them sit for 24 hours then check them. Each day take them out for a few minutes to let them air out.
The moisture should redistribute in the buds. They are done whenever they still feel a bit spongy, but the stems will snap and not bend.
You can continue to cure them longer for desired taste if you want as the longer it cure the more the chlorophyll and starches will be broken down.

but it is important to let them air out each day while drying/curing so they don't get moldy.
