This is one of those weird ones, that has a future in offices everywhere. Using modular displays like this means you could have everyone come to a party and BYOD, or bring your own display, hook them all up together and have your own neighborhood drive in movie theater. OLEDs are already commonly used, but nobody has managed to bring down their cost yet, but it is theoretically possible using self-assembling and reel-to-reel technology. In the meantime, more ordinary LED can do the trick combing the best aspects of both OLED and LCD displays. When it comes to all these light emitting displays, Samsung leads the pack and these are a taste of things of to come.
