Modern Day For Profit Commune.

I am a small farmer in north east south Dakota. I feel the end of our American empire is near. This is an analysis of the level interest that exists for a safe and self sustaining co-op ag production community. Housing and board to be absorbed by the co-op and after expenses a general fund established. All fiscal matter s to be run by elected board of constituants. Ect.????????? I'm a land owner and can provide basis for the community. I'm not looking for money. But if your eyes are open you see that a collapse at wordt and reset at best is inevitable.
