It has become difficult to find a sauna club for couples near where we live. We have enjoyed mixed couples saunas in the past and I've liked the way that others, mostly men. have enjoyed looking at Pam when she's let her towel slip down. But when we went to our old haunts, it was almost all men who wanted to wave their todgers at Pam's gaping pudenda which tend to swell when she's aroused.
We used to frequent a sauna advertised as mixed in London, Finchley Rd. The addition of "mixed" drew even more men and the sauna's were always packed, near skin to skin, my beautiful wife was unconcerned and actually seemed to enjoy the jostling of guys trying to sit nearer her when others got up to leave. Normally in this labelled "mixed sauna" we would only encounter one other female only but my wife was the centre of attention (take a look at Autumn Beach Party page14) and it was not uncommon to see the majority of guys with an erection, some guys were embarrassed about it, others openly flaunted it. We found it both amusing and erotic and it often led to us having sex in the showers! Of course in the Nordic Country's Sweden, Norway & Finland, Sauna's are very much a mixed couples domain and therefore not such a reaction from the males. In all probability because the male partners were over-indulging in their own relationships that they were sated with sex. The females being seriously good lookers
Really in the same Sauna? going up the hill on the right-hand side of the road (away from the tube station) and to get to the Sauna you went down very narrow stairs. The showers were communal and had a partition with places for four people in a row to use the shower heads. In reality it looked like a small maze. We used to wait until very late and the crowd had mainly gone home, but we also attracted a few onlookers with some trying join in but we were never bold enough to consider "sharing" at that time.
There was a place near me up until recently. Actually, it was mostly men doing each other but at least half the time there were women there too. Some showed up just to watch the guys do each other. Some were with their men or at least the men that brought them. Some were regulars with their men and were...ahem...open minded about sharing. It was nice to have men and women in the steam room and sauna and hot tubs. Showers were shared too. Very little...if any...clothing and even when nothing sexual was happening I enjoyed the mixed groups. However, the hard core guys didn't like it and now women aren't allowed. I no longer go. I have to admit that I did enjoy watching men take care of other men as well as a few of the women take care of men in the rooms but in the long run, I think I'd rather just be in a mixed room and relax. The last time I did that was a few years ago somewhere in Wisconsin or Minnesota...can't remember...and it was unexpected, open, and fun. I think there might have been 10 or 15 people in the spa and it was as natural as could be. All ages and types. Very enjoyable.
My partner and I have visited several mixed saunas in Switzerland and some in Germany & France too, most in spa hotels or health spas, nudity is natural in all of them, swimwear is not allowed. We are both very open and enjoy attention. There were always couples showing interest & looking to swing. Single males would openly show their interest in my partner. Ladies, often in pairs as best friends, would openly show their interest in me. The same would happen in the spa pools, Jacuzzis and steam rooms where wandering hands were frequent. I know from years ago when I worked in Swiss & German spas as a masseur many would visit with the intention of looking for sex. We have visited Scandinavia too where nude is natural in saunas but the attitude is very different, most were non-sexual, only a few in tourist resorts were sexual.
Yes I have been to Saunas in Sweden, Germany and Spain they all have their own take on "the rules of the house" The problem with Sweden and Germany was that both the males & females attending were such great specimens and very eager to show off their bodies in front of others! With the Germans it also changed according to where you were, in the north, above Hamburg, it was similar to Swedish fair haired hottie's whereas around Munich and Bavaria both men & women tended to be more rotund! (and also pushy) Spain on the other hand suffered from the "Latino Lothario" syndrome where you couldn't send your wife alone. And there were very few mixed Saunas.
