lol, no. Its all cities. We go on vacation to see the National and State Parks. But of all the parks I've seen, Only Zion and this one in Washinton have really gotten to me from how amazing they are. i still think Missouri Kicks ass. We are alot of cool stuff.
Honestly...Kansas City is not a place you can pass through to enjoy. It is such a strange city, but I love it. We don't have any amazing monuments or a huge metropolis. The best parts of Kansas City are pretty much all underground, and to experience the whole fun you'd have to stay a while.
I'm pretty happy here. Oh but I would eventually like to go back home to Bosnia, although I'm afraid thats not gonna be very possible. I might go to Switzerland in a few years. And thats it. I dont have big ambitions or dreams.
Arthur Bryant's Random parks, no one would tell you about normally -> Weston Bend, English Landing Westport...not too underground but it isn't an obvious place.
That's the thing about me. I suck at going places. When I'm unfamiliar with a place (or when I'm familiar) I just take long walks. Going places is just the bourgeois way of getting to know a place. I get in trouble with people that "plan" their leisure and vacations.
I like finding out places on my own by just going. Planning is overrated, you can't plan on everything. But honestly, that is how KC is really discovered and enjoyed, just walking and just going with the flow of the day.
As a New Englander, I don’t hate Missouri, but there’s just not much there When I think of Missouri I think of St. Louis, The Missouri Compromise, and The Missouri Waltz Hotwater
I like it here. Im not near the big city infact Springfield is about 100 miles away and St. Louis is over 250 miles away but its pretty here. Lots of wild game, good fishing, lots of trees too. All these caes to explore and back country dirt roads, its a little piece of heaven to me.
I for one always need the ocean at my back; whether it’s on the left coast or right coast The salt air, the smell of the sea, the waves washing ashore, the sand dunes, and the fog banks which are sometimes as thick as pea soup. Hotwater
I hated Alabama before I left, now I long for it. And I like Missouri. I had toasted ravioli there at my fiance's brother's wedding reception and it was DELICIOUS!! My fiance wants to move back there (he grew up in Columbia) but I am not sure about the winters. I've never experienced winter before.
I believe my grandfather 5 or 6 generations back was the 1st white dude to come to Missouri.I have 3 trunks that came out on covered wagons to Calif from there in the mid 1800's.I haven't been there, but I want to.
