Not a day goes by that I don't think of my friend and wonder what has happened to her. I cry all the time. I am so sad and feel helpless. I
just want someone dear Lord to find her. :Angel_anim:

 

Hoping and praying Marie is found.

 

Unfortunately yesterday a second futile search was performed around the area that Marie was camped at the Washington Rainbow Gathering. Marie's family is requesting that everyone who attended the Gathering become a detective for us. Please see our plea at:

I'm sorry that you haven't found her yet, but in a sense that may be a good sign

just posting here is good, but there are other rainbow sites around the web and it could help you a lot to ask these folks to post something prominently about Marie

the forest service visit every rainbow gathering, as far as I know. if you can id where regional gatherings are happening, maybe you could contact the fs in that area and ask them to distribute flyers with marie's picture

just asking people here to print out her pic and pass it around at gatherings might not work to well

if you are willing to invest the leg work, I think I know a way that you can get a lot more information

there is supposed to be a norcal gathering in early september

there will probably be lots and lots of people there who were at the national gathering

if you contact the fs or the focalizers, you can get a pic distributed

but far better than this is if you go yourself

you could put up some posters at the trail head

also talk to people that you see at the gathering and make an announcement at the main circle

sometimes individuals involved these things will return to the scene as it were. looking for more, & unfortuntely rainbow is prime ground. bcuz quite sadly some ppl let bad things slide just so they won`t get busted for drugs.
this wasn`t exactly rainbow related but i know a good kid who died from heroin overdose.

there is actually a book called dark side of the rainbow. not actually about rainbo gatherings, just some aspects of new age in general. now don`t get me wrong here ive been rainbo a long time. but i have stayed away from it long periods of time too, cuz of seeing bad things happen.

sad part about it he coulda been saved if professionals woulda been called in. instead some1 took the time to go to a bar get a bartender whom they trusted not to snitch on them. well bartender couldnt save the kid despite his reputation & whatnot.

same as rainbo, more or less. i`ve actually over the yrs wanted 2 compile a list of ppl who died frm different reasons related 2 rainbo.& ofcourse there havebeen rapes too. ppl have actually balked @ that idea as they have said it killed their buzz or something. & i have wanted 2 make a comprehensive list of wanted individuals &or ppl to avoid, again more balking.

I don't think that doobie is owl. I think that the description of owl is that he is a tall, older, balding man who was wearing a bandana

owl is also just a person of interest rather than someone who is being accused of something

I think that the website mentions that someone saw her hitchhiking. finding whoever saw her hitchhiking or verifying that she was hitchhiking seems like the most promising lead
