Minor Tech help request

man, this is gonna sound so stupid, but can someone tell us how to make the pic in our sig smaller? Tryed using the corner of the pic edit box thing but it wouldn't stay.

figured this would be the place to ask.........

 

Microsoft Paint even better Photoshop where you can
control percentage of size and resolution accordingly
and ''save as'' in a myriad of different files, etc.

Can you shrink pixels through picasa? we can shrink (resize) through photobucket; mostly we wanted to know if there was an easy way to do it here. can't learn if you don't ask questions.
