They could have simply taken him to his sisters. Here is Canada sleeping behind the wheel while drunk is a felony, how did the drunk one get there? He was drunk enough and stupid enough to steal a taser. He would have driven as well. Drinking and driving in Canada is a felony offence here, drinking and driving kills. In the USA 30 people a day are killed by drunk drivers, in the USA more than 10 000 people die from crashes caused by drunk drivers. Driving drunk, you do have a weapon.
