I think we're all in agreement that violence is not the answer. Sadly enough sometimes it's the only thing that can bring attention to the issue.

It's my hope the officer did not die in vain and some good comes out of it. What more can you say when confronted with what appears to be
a senseless death.

Well I can't say I served but I have heard some stories from my brown friend. The N word is common in the barracks. Things are n word rigged, that person is acting like a N word, don't be a N word etc.

And they seemed to have some issue with HIM of all people being their commandeering officer.

So yeah in some cases I think they are. But as we see now not everyone.
