Help me out here , I mean it, this makes no sense to me.

I am pretty tough but I have some health problems, I am not sure how I would survive that ordeal the panic rush that comes with being under attack and combined with arms behind back all those dudes piled on PLUS the neck thing.

Oh shit I can't breath that's a problem no matter what.

Seriously not protesting it I can't understand why "underlying heath conditions" has anything to do with this ?

 

Im still stuck on why ems is not doing anything for the man. They didnt check for a pulse or didnt do any form of patient care..

The people filming do a great job in NOT filming the EMS, like they are trying to hide something as well..
We all ready know Asian cop is a dick head but lets go around him to the other side. Nothing stopping them from crossing street..

Nobody just stands there and films someone dying.. and yet they stand there and talk shit to the police saying "ill slap the shit out you'. but do absolutely nothing. Why is it they cant fight a few cops but oh so tough with the mouth.

Not a law expert but what I'm thinking is that asphyxiation would clearly demonstrate excessive force. Without that piece of evidence and given the underlying conditions, the determination might be less clear and lead to a reduced sentence.

 

Come on Orison, surely it's a crime to physically intervene with a police arrest.

In the scuffle that ensued Randy vomited and then stopped breathing, while staff forcibly restrained him. After being revived, Randy was quickly transferred to another hospital where he died the next day. Hospital records later showed that Randy had been restrained 25 times in the 28 days prior to his death. Despite the evidence of blood discharging from his nose, mouth, eyes and anus, and bruises on his face and abdomen, no criminal charges were filed. At state legislative hearings, Randy’s mother, Holly, held up her son’s autopsy photos, pleading: “I hope that no other child has to die like this.”

Psychiatric staff forced 13-year-old Canadian Stephanie Jobin (already dosed with five different psychiatric drugs) to lie face down on the floor, shoved a beanbag chair on top of her, sat on the chair to pin her down and held her feet. After struggling for 20 minutes, Stephanie stopped breathing. Her death was ruled an accident.

Eleven-year-old Andrew McClain died of traumatic asphyxia (suffocation) and chest compression four days after being admitted to a Connecticut psychiatric facility. Andrew had disobeyed an instruction from a psychiatric aide to move to another table at breakfast. Two staff members subsequently restrained him, one by lying on top of him in a padded seclusion room.

I cant find what a read before but face down I think is banned now cause of deaths.

Former New York City chief medical examiner Michael Baden will conduct an independent autopsy on George Floyd,

His findings should be interesting.

 

Apparently, he and the dead man worked as bouncers in a local club, but the cop didn't like working on what they called 'carribean nights' and was quick to use his spray and call the police. he'd loads of previous complaints icluding one where he and another cop but 12 bullets into a guy, there were 48 fired in total. here's one article I read

They've just bashed the glass out of alot of patrol cars. The police are now attempting to push the crowd away from the cars.

And now a patrol car is burning.

 

They better do it soon because its getting dark out there.

I know we're much further east than Atlanta, so you probably have another half-hour or so of daylight.

What the designer's opinion of Obama tells me is that he let a lot of his 2008 supporters down. Most likely by continuing W's aggressive foreign policies. And not living up to the hype he built himself upon.

I don't care what a politician's race is. Much less Obama. I judge a politician's quality of character. And I believe Obama is scum.
