Microsoft signs $22 billion Army contract for military HoloLens gear | PC Gamer

That's over 30 billion dollars in Pentagon contracts in one year, while Google moved into the Pentagon over a year ago, so they could share AI, and Amazon moved next door to Crystal City, so they can share drones.

Its a bit weird to think of the Pentagon as now a leading source of tips for investing in Wall Street, but all of these heavy hitters suddenly moving into the Pentagon is no coincidence. They've been planning on using AI to censor the web for over a decade, and are only waiting for Google to update their server hardware. The newest AI chips they need are ridiculously cheap, so cheap they will be adding them to almost any computer within a few years. Anyway, its obvious the Pentagon is not taking any chances, and is positioning itself for all out cyberwar.

Microsoft's Hololens is a piece of crap, with the newest flat lens technology about to make it obsolete, but Microsoft doesn't specialize in hardware, they specialize in interfaces, and I would not doubt for a minute that they planned to go for this contract all along, and are simply doing what Google did, stringing their employees along with whatever comforting lies they wish to hear. Fuck em, half the damned country has demanded a dictatorship, and if the Pentagon controls the web and mass media, they could be the last fucking thing holding the country together.

The corrupt manipulation of their search engine have made Google one of the richest advertising organisations on the planet.
No wonder that Microsoft are looking at alternative ways of getting in on the act. :D

Microsoft specializes in interfaces, but they're moving into AI along with Intel and everyone else. Forget about Skynet, these idiots are about to confront mama nature and the dragon, and discover the meaning of humility. Pandora's box contained the truth, the one thing none of them can fight.

As a result of covid, sites such as Amazon are making a fortune selling shares. Do you think that it will all come crashing down and their will be a lot of burnt fingers when life returns to normal.
A series of ads from the UK government, telling people to remain careful as the restrictions are being lifted, makes me think that this is happening right now.
I think that the covid gravy train has finally been milked dry.

Every gravy train is a train wreak, and the problem with Covid is that it now costs significantly less than a million dollars for anyone with the right training to create a pandemic in as little as perhaps three years, working in their basement. My own work includes teaching banks, academics, and anyone else how to automate their own bullshit, and work themselves out of a job. The simple fact is, modern science is killing us, and the entire foundations of modern science must be shifted towards survival and the environment, but nobody has a clue how to do it. Forget about Skynet, the AI are already spouting better bullshit than anyone, and about to replace Wall Street.

I have just sent you a short story written more than 100 years ago.
Strange how fiction can get so near to the truth all these years later.

I studied this story for my English literature exam back in the early 60's. Even then I could see the writing on the wall.

Its a Mandelbrot pattern that's easy to write, and merely requires editing a ridiculous number of times. Note there's almost no contractions used, because the author is counting on the driving pace and the math to develop the fuzzy logic, because he has only a rudimentary command. Robots made of metal were first conceived of by the early Greeks, while the Tower of Babel is the oldest known myth about civilization drowning in its own lies.
