laughing about serious claims is a bit wrong .. but yeah erm well no i can't see why your laughing ? is it a nervous thing ?

I persoanly think that The Martin Bashir tapes could and do hold a better understanding of MJ.. Why Martin Bashir felt the need to not testify is because he realises his 'documentary' was wildly exploitative and being honest would concede that MJ is not all the things he alluded to in his shambles of a film.. No i can't hand on heart say MJ is completly innocent (not saying he is guity either).. but hopefuly one way or another this will be cleared up. Those that found him guilty as soon as they heard about this.. will just say he payed whoever off.. and those standing on the steps of the coourt with 'innocenct' placards will scream..... well will just scream, if he is found guilty..

 

Why WOULD I think he was innocent? They found child porn in Neverland for Christ's sake. I wouldn't put it past him (being guilty) if he's crazy enough to have that filth around.

It's a shame to put all that fortune and fame on the line just to have a few sex-capades with some pre-pubescent little boys.

yeah i was shaking my head at the fact he may have had or had pictures of kids in his home.. this is why i can't 'hand on heart' say that i think he is innocent.. I do just feel that when you have not a lot of evidence a strong case HAS to be made ?.

 

I'd be surprised if he was guilty. As odd as he is, I think he is too innocent to do what he is accused of. He's a very stupid man if he's guilty as he caused a fuss all by himself by admitting he sleeps with children. If you are a peadophile its not the smartest move to admit to sleeping with kids, especially with his history. I can see why he likes hanging out with young boys as he been working since he was seven years old. A very abnormal childhood resulting in an abnormal, but innocent man in my opinion. I'm not a fan of his by the way, he's very overated.

 

Any child that makes an accusation against a regular, common adult for touching them innapropriately, in this day and age, is typically convicted, whether or not "evidence" was there. Jackson is famous and (used to be) rich, and when these factors comes into the picture, somehow people are able to look past the fact that he actually probably did it. It scares me that there has been numerous complaints against him and he's not in jail...just because he's a well-known person. How many more children have to go through this before he is stopped? If this was anyone else...he would have been in jail a LOOONG time ago.

 

I saw a tv programme about MJ's childhood, and i have to say it was quite shocking to know that he was abused mentally and physically by his father (i already heard about that but i had forgotten). besides the fact that the guy didnt have a normal childhood due to the pressures of being famous and his mum being a jehova witness giving him a hard time trying to deal with his sexuality, how can you expect him not to behave in such "weird" manner (eccentric probably is the right word). I just think the guy is somehow living a parallel reality, it's like he's trying to live in a fantasy world, where he is a child again. I dont know whether he's molested kids or not, but it seems to be that he's suffereing the consequences of not having being able to grow up as a normal child.

 

I do think the fact that he has custody of children.. authoratives must have looked into what type of person he is. I can't believe they would be so dumb not to pick up any suspect trates within him ...Plus the countless amounts of parents that put their trust in him and have backed him fully. Surely he can't lie that well .. this is assuming he 'did it'

I don't believe the status he may have, holds any sway apart from negatively... are we saying he is oportunistic not systematic ? .. i can't believe he has a uncontrloled lust for young boys .. it could be said that he sees these boys as 'partners' so he is haveing a 'relationship' so is in no need to lust after them .. This would be stretching it though.

 

THEY have not found child porn , to much money involve here ,if they did it was posibly planted by the cops i have seen what they do when they raid a house destroy items and steal items is so easy to drop a cd room in his computer with a bunch of nude pictures if the L.A.PD can murder people on the street with nightstick or flashlights a cdroom is light stuff. MICHAEL got to many watchdogs for his $$$$$ to let stuff like that on a computer. adult porn dont hold any water. the prosecutor is a racist i can see that a mile away. this well be a far from a fair trail. also prosecutors well sell theyr own mother if they have to to get a conviction i seen this more than enough and with my own eyes.

 

I don't know if he did it or not, I wasn't there. It just seems that the circumstantial evidence is there. Any older man sleeping in the same bed with a child (which we have established he DOES do), strikes me as suspicious right away.

And as far as his childhood goes, no matter how terrible it was, it does not justify his actions of having child porn in his possession and sleeping in the same bed as little boys. Just my opinion, of course.

And just for the record. I really used to like some of the music he made...I just dont understand people with power and money who do some of the crazy things they do (like rape women or kill friends). Maybe it's a power thing...who knows...

He is wierd, and personally I think he is Guilty, that other time he got accused why did he pay out of court? if you were innocent wouldnt you go to court and proove it! verry fishy!

I obviously can't say whether or not he did it and I don't lean either way... but I do love playing devil's advocate so...

I don't actually see the connection between sleeping in the same bed with children, and child rape. You have to remember that he is pretty much mentally stuck at the age of 10. He thinks it's fun to have sleepovers, just like any child did when they were in elementary school.

As for the child porn, I honestly think that way more people have it than you'd think of off hand. Not that I've ever owned any, but I know many people between about 16 and 26 who own it. I almost don't think of it as something bad. Then again... it depends on the age of the people in the films/pictures. Anyone 12 and over knows what they are doing.

Oh, and remember that the family already scammed people before for money.

But really I think people should just leave the man alone.

no not really....i do think he is innocent though. the man has made himself rich therefore he cant be stupid. sure you can say so much plastic surgery is stupid but idve done the same shit rather then be a spotty half and half. i dont think he touched any boys and i think the child porn was planted. i think he is jsut a little bit crazy but no molester

 

maybe it's possible that the child porn was planted. things like that are never out of the question. But it does strike me as funny that a fully grown black man wants to look like a white woman and make a place for little kids to surround him. He sleep swith boys in his bed, he paid off the last accuser instead of proving his innocence, and the last kid who accused him could identify certain characteristics about MJ's penis. Maybe it's a coincidence, but looking at it from that way, circumstances are against him. ALthough any evidence from the last case isn't relevent so he's got that going for him. I"m leaning towards the guilty side. I think he's gross.

Well I'd hate to see anyone go to jail, but i think Mike is definately guilty. I like to play with kids, that dont make me no pedo. I carry on an adult life, I flirt with adult women(and of course the occasional soon to be adult woman). Mike dont do none of that, never has, never will. I mean c'mon, his kids are white! but he claims to have fathered them. you ever see how dark his bros and sisters are? Those kids are probably stolen. Im serious, he had them on tv, you could see that they were white, but he had to have masks on them, cus they are prolly on the sides of millions of milk cartons. He paid the last kid millions of dollars to shut up. Dude is definately guilty and should not be allowed to use his fame to prey on mass amounts of children anymore.

 

I agrre that if he is guilty, in his own mind he thinks hes innocent!
