it's possible that that guy is a ketamine lightweight. it's possible that he's falling over for theatrical purposes (he is obviously being filmed). maybe he wants to be relatively motionless. although he is moving around quite a bit.

MXE has much more of a logical narrative to the trip rather than ketamine which seems to just totally detatch your whole perception - which allows for the thinking on MXE to get very very wacky.

MXE's (>100mg) affect on my movement was the most impaired I've ever been. Not only did I feel extremely heavy and had no balance, but the time distortion meant that I would end up in a location before my mind processed me moving my body.

I would have no clue where to begin interpreting p0ly's assessments of MXE given that he is a self-described ketamine addict (i think, hope i'm not confusing you with someone else lol). Also considering every single other person on this board other than p0ly who has tried MXE *raves* about it in doses of 25-200mg, I'm not sure why you are so stuck on his view. Go check out the TWO big and dandy BL threads on MXE, I think p0ly is in a very small minority of people who do not rate MXE 10/10 from their first exposure.

500mgs of MXE would be the equivalent of about a 1,000-1,500mg of ketamine up the nose in one line for someone with no tolerance; in other words, total loss of consciousness, vomiting, and actual danger. I don't know why it doesn't affect p0ly, or why his friends don't like it even when it does affect them, but I have outlined some theories earlier.

You seem to have already decided that this substance you haven't tried is garbage, after one user's negative reaction in the face of multiple overwhelmingly positive reactions on this board alone. I'm not sure why, but have it your way.

I have had cut ketamine, and I have had pure ketamine, I know the difference, and I have one ketamine OD under my belt. I may not be an IMer like you but that doesn't make me less qualified to compare a new dissociative that I have tried on a few occasions now with ketamine. I also have about a dozen high dose DXM experiences and haven't even posted my thoughts on how MXE and DXM compare, which I think might be even more salient than MXE/K comparison, though my memories of DXM are distant now so I wouldn't conjecture too far, but suffice to say I think MXE is closer to DXM than ketamine, though much more clean and entheogenic.

I dosed 37 mgs. Then almost 40 mg about 50 minutes later. It is sort of reminiscent to DXM after the body load. But, it is gentler, calmer and sweeter. I feel like a cotton ball.

I was going to go on a break after the 2C-E trip. But, I am thinking differently now. I think I may try some aMT this weekend.
