I know it a couple of days early but I’m wishing everybody a merry barefoot Christmas and a happy barefoot new year
I went this morning for my barefoot Christmas walk and it was awesome the temperature was 19 degrees Fahrenheit and the cold felt so good on my bare feet and I walked 6 miles around trip
A merry barefoot Christmas everyone. Did a 8km barefoot walk on Christmas eve and then a 6km walk this morning on Boxing Day. Weather here is in low 30's c so perfect for baring those soles on Mother Earth! Will be barefoot now for at least the next two weeks.
In the spring and early summer I go for walks and I go to a certain point then walk back then the next day I go a little bit farther then the next day a little bit farther but I always have a goal in mind to reach and I make sure I do then when I reach my goal I go a little bit farther . I have walked round trip in my bare feet 22 miles and it was awesome my bare feet never got sore and I never got blisters either. I train my bare feet in all types of terrain and that’s how I get my bare feet tough and I love it people that see me walking on trails ask me why barefoot and I tell them and they think it’s awesome that I can walk barefoot for miles and I think it is awesome to .
