Merry “ALMOST” Christmas??? What’s your plans so far!!!

Just wondering how YOU personally yourself plan on spending the Christmas 2022 holiday season? I usually take a weeks vacation off my job since I consider it time to spend with family and open presents and celebrate Jesus and all that good stuff. What about you? Do you celebrate Christmas? And if you do, what’s your “gift ideas/plans”?? Or what would you hope to see or get for Christmas 2022 this year? And like my subject title does say: “Merry ALMOST Christmas HipForums!!!”

 

i celebrate mid winter's eve, otherwise known as the winter solstice.
i believe everything exists, but in different ways then anyone thinks it does, myself included.

i love seeing people happy and at peace. and wish they didn't make it be for just a week or two.
this doesn't mean people should pretend to be what they don't feel,
but rather to avoid being a cause of the roots of anxiety for each other.

there is a logic to celebrating the day and the days around it,
that are not dependent on any one form of belief.

what that is to me, has nothing to do with personalities, personas, identities.
other then that there is something unknown we all share, neither generally do my beliefs and perspectives.

i have no particular plans nor expectations.

i shall watch the world and its storms go by.
storms and traffic. not much else to see from my windows, and too cold to go out more then i have to.

 

No plans...other than to stay home and try to comfort my lunatic mate. I wish I'd annually slip into a coma in early November and not wake up 'till March.
