How long does the sensations last after ejaculation and orgasm?

I can describe myself as having a range.
It lasts long especially if I had quite a great handjob, not doing it myself.

I have felt the reminder between 4 to 10+ hours after, most often with having “tender” feeling balls, sometimes the sensations in the shaft. Both places less often.
