and I think most females who don't like having someone go down on them it is for one of two reasons... 1- insecurity (and/or) 2- the guy (person) totally not doing it right for that person.. for example some guys can put on waay too much pressure which can actually hurt as females vary in sensitivity... but in that case that is where you can speak up without even speaking by using your hand and applying or relieving pressure... or moving off or on.. the head and pretty easily to convey the message.
