There was a real pervert in my area doing that kind of thing at convenience stores. He'd drop something on purpose and, while bending over, try to look underneath women's dresses. He was on the surveillance video. They're still trying to find him.

I don't have a cynical outlook at all.I mean, I think the world is kinda fucked up as far as government and wealth, but you would have to be blind not to see that.
