Men aren't stupid, if men truly can't orgasm in a particular situation, they don't want to be in that situation. "Not allowed" is different.
But "can't" and "don't want" align very closely.

The only reason I can figure for a guy not wanting to cum is that he's got another date after your's or he's planning on banging the little woman when he gets home.

I like to withhold cumming for a few days.
