a tarp will be needed. Nothing is more fun than getting soaked because you have no shelter

What's everyone's thoughts on Rothbury? I'm thinking I'd like to go next year, so if I did I'd be up north convenient to maybe meeting up.

For the festies its probably a good idea to get 2 HUGE tarps. Ive learned from previous experience that it SUCKS when your tent is soaked because its pouring down and you're left with no where to sleep :/

Clear garbage bags are still good ideas though, easier to pick our stuff up at each festie. I am READY :D

I don't know when you guys are planing on starting the trip or when you might be in Chicago, but I am going to list a couple of shows that are going to be either downtown or near by.

    July, 6, 2010 - U2 at Soilder Field
July, 30, 2010 - Bon Jovi at Soilder Field
August 6-8, 2010 - Lollapallooza at Grant Park - Nice Festival! Three Days, Lots of bands.

There is always something going on here in Chicago but these are some of the big ones that I thought you guys might like. Maybe not so much with Bon Jovi but, hey, he was very popular with your age group........20 years ago, back when I was in your age group.
