Hi! We run a small artist residency centre high in the French Pyrenees, surrounded by snow-capped peaks, ancient forests, glacial lakes and cascading waterfalls - it's a really special place. In June 2018 we are doing something a bit different, which I thought folks on here might be interested in - it's a five day session with Laraaji, studying deep listening, meditation and laughter. In case you haven't come across Laraaji, he's a Brooklyn-based ambient musician made famous in the early 80s when Brian Eno discovered him playing zither in Washington Square Gardens - he is now one of the most respected artists in the field of meditative music, and his laughter workshops are world-reknowned. The session includes accommodation in peaceful private rooms and all catering, plus unlimited use of the centres facilities, and optional outdoor activities including mountaineering, visits to beauty spots and other activities - there's also a thermal spa in the village. Peace! James
