im also looking into purchasing a scale. im not buying digital though even the small ones are a bit much to carry around. im gonna get one of the clips that can weigh up to 4 ounces. the are only like 4 bucks. the weed here is .5 for 5 ,1.0 for 10 ,2 for 20 , 3.5 for 25-30, a quarter for 45, half for 80-100 and Ounce for 120-200 (all this depends on the bud quality and who ur buying from)

are you going to bring a scale to every deal when you buy shit? most dealers will carry around a scale anyways so i wouldnt worry about having one if your not even selling anything

i wouldnt know. it depends on the prices where you live. around here its 20 for a gram, 50 an 8th, or more if they hook you up..not really sure how much an oz is it depends.....

but anyway, the people you should be asking is not us. you should ask your dealer how much they claim to put in each bag. asking people here is not going to help you at all. here in sydney, the process is standard over the whole city, but when your in a single place in america and dont know how much weed your meant to be getting for your buck, your not really gonna help yourself asking people who dont live anywhere near you.

by sight, density, and from feeling the small weight in your hand, working out how much weed you have should generally be easy after youve bought a decent amount of weed, as most of us have.

so yeh, if your aim is to make sure your getting what you paid for, then the only way your gonna get results is by asking your dealer how much he claims to have put in, and then weighing it.
