I have never even used the ketchup. We prefer the tomatoes fresh from the garden whenever possible.
We also start with freshly roasted coffee beans when we fancy a coffee. I think that it is about time for one now.

A friend of mine used to eat a bowl of frosted flakes with a bottle of ketchup every morning for breakfast, because his mother would not allow him to add more sugar. Ketchup is mostly sugar, and you might as well debate whether individually wrapped miniatures are a waste. Its sugar for adults and children who like to eat an entire pizza and drink diet soda, so they can pretend they're eating right.
