btw , as some know, i work at a drug and alcohol treatment center for kids from age 12-18 so i've seen 12 year olds hooked on herion, oxy's, and anything else you can image..

and of course since they are kids they still can look somewhat healthy... but you look into there eyes and you can see hell..it ins't tell years later the drugs catch up and they look like hell.

congrats on your week clean.. i suggest support groups like 12 step program.

i think its pretty sad how all these 16 to 28 year old people are picking on a little kid, its disgusting really.i think you all need to grow up.

 

Well Crystal, most people on these boards are inexperienced teenagers who know fuck all about anything really. If they aren't teens, then they feel the need to gang up on anyone who is "morally inferior" to them.

I think you are doing great B. 6 days is unbelievable. Now you know that you can get there.

For the people who criticized and judged: I didn't realize that some of the people here would be so incredibly insensitive. This is not funny. Have you read this kids writings'.? He's amazing. He deserves admiration for what he's doing. How could you put him down? Have any of you ever gone thru this addiction or any addiction? If you have, I would imagine you would be a bit more supportive. If you haven't gone through it, try a little empathy.

I don't care how old someone is. Kids start using at 6, 7, 8 years old. It's a sad world we live in. Really is. But, for someone, especially at the age of 13 to make steps toward being clean, it's nothing short of amazing.
